Romeo and Juliet by Sergei Prokofiev
Donetsk Solovianenko Academic Opera and Ballet Theater did a splendid performance on the 3rd of December 2010 at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia. The choreography was by L. Lavrovskii and E. Hasianova. Victoria Dimovskaya as Julliet was a little superficial, but she danced her part well. As to the other soloists - Artem Alifanov (Romeo), and the dancers, who did the parts of Mercutio and the clown - they were very good indeed.
Mercutio - great artistic tallent.
Juliet
Romeo takes a well-earned applause.
